This website is for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK as well the rest of the world. Addresses in Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, BFPO addresses, or the Republic of Ireland are not considered as mainland UK.

For Mainland UK, delivery charges vary according to the products and quantities of items in the order. Each item has a fixed delivery charge attached to it according to its weight. The delivery charge of any order is shown at the checkout stage of a transaction. We operate a maximum delivery charge of £4.95 GBP regardless of the number of items in the order. Items may be dispatched by Royal Mail services or by courier depending on the most economical method. As such please allow up to 5 working days from the date of dispatch for your order to reach you. We endeavour to dispatch orders within 24 hours. However delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

Free delivery may be offered for UK orders as part of a special offer where stated. In such case, the offer would only apply to those orders that use recommended retail prices.

For Europe and the rest of the world, delivery charges vary according to the products and quantities of items in the order. You should allow up to 15 days for deliveries to the rest of the world from the date of dispatch.

Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery.
