Why we need you?

Here's the purpose of the role:

  • Drive sales and distribution reach of all Learning Roots products in the UK and International Markets 

What you’ll have to do?

Here are your key responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual / quarterly / monthly sales and distribution targets
  • Develop new business partners in the UK, including mainstream booksellers/retailers 
  • Manage and run events for pop-up stalls in your local community
  • Develop partnership and sell into Madrasah and Muslim Schools
  • Account Manage existing and future customer base maximising portfolio sales & distribution 
  • Regular sales and market reports identifying gaps and opportunities 

Do you have what it takes?

Here are the knowledge and skill requirements for the role:

  • Sales/business development experience 
  • Strong interpersonal / people  skills 
  • Excellent written/ and presentation skills
  • Understanding of the UK Madrassa and Muslim School space & environment
  • The ability to manage multiple customers and tasks at one time
  • Passion for books in general and children’s books in particular
